- Free trials: Plus monthly includes a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Cancel anytime: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Play Store → Subscriptions (Android). PayPal subscribers manage at paypal.com.
- Delete your account: Profile → Account → Delete account. Data is removed within 30 days.

Privacy & data
Musóna processes your conversations through third-party AI services (OpenRouter, Featherless, Novita, Google Gemini, Hume, Replicate) to power companion responses, voice, images, and memory. We do not use your data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of providers and what data flows to each.
